Director

Linda Watts, Director Linda works directly with the cross-agency state implementation team and regional oversight teams to develop an infrastructure that will support the changes recommended by the Commission. The director's work includes supervision of statewide support staff and regional coordinators, contractual and fiscal reviews, oversight of quality assurance and continued quality improvement in the System of Care.

Technical Assistance

Jeanette Rowsey, T.A. Coordinator Jeanette facilitates strategic communication, training and outreach/education activities statewide. As TAC, she assists in providing orientation and education for staff, communities and work teams about the activities and components of the System of Care, and administers the WV System of Care website.

Administrative

Lisa Lynch, Administrative Assistant Lisa handles many of the administrative tasks necessary to support the changes recommended by the Commission through the WV System of Care Implementation Team.

Secretary

Amy Elswick, Secretary Amy assists with production of training materials, training registration and other clerical duties in support of the developing WV System of Care.
