Linda works directly with the cross-agency state implementation team and regional oversight teams to develop an infrastructure that will support the changes recommended by the Commission. The director's work includes supervision of statewide support staff and regional coordinators, contractual and fiscal reviews, oversight of quality assurance and continued quality improvement in the System of Care.
